Notting Hill Carnival…. If you live in or around London, you’d be mad to miss it. If you were there on the bank holiday then you might have caught this guy live. Drop the Lime hails from the Trouble and Bass crew in NY. With a seriously eclectic taste, from Sonic Youth to 50s doo wop, he spent an hour playing a mash up of Swing, rockabilly, and soul mixed in with bass thomping electro. So so good.
